Details of access for disabled patients or alternative arrangements

Valley Surgery - we will have full wheelchair access to two brand new ground floor surgeries on the 14th of June. Our surgery is currently undergoing renovations and the toilets on the first floor will be relocated to the ground floor and comply with HTM01-05 July 2016 re disablity.

Appointment Information

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can use the appointment for another patient.

Abusive or violent patients will no longer be treated at our practice.

Any actions of violence against a member of staff will be reported to the police.

Payment Policy

All treatment must be paid for in advance. No further appointments will be given until the outstanding balance is settled. We accept payment by cash and all type cards. We offer interest free finance for patients and in-house payment plans and have recently been approved by the Finance Conduct Authority.
